Location: State College, PA & Pittsburgh, PA
Job Type: Full-TimeLead fencing crews on active job sites and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to spec. This role is hands-on and requires both field experience and the ability to manage a team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and coordinate fence installation crews
Lay out fence lines and verify measurements
Set posts, install rails, and complete fencing systems
Read project plans and follow specifications
Ensure job site safety and quality standards are met
Communicate with project managers on progress and needs
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in fence installation or similar construction work
Ability to read plans and manage job site layout
Comfortable leading a crew and directing daily work
Experience using hand and power tools
Welding experience is a plus

$26–$31/hour based on experience + bonus opportunities

Job Type: Full-TimeWork as part of a crew installing fencing on commercial and residential projects. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to learn the trade and grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
Dig post holes and assist with fence installation
Use hand tools and power equipment on job sites
Load, move, and prepare materials
Support the foreman and crew throughout the project
What We’re Looking For
Willingness to work outdoors in a physical role
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
Basic math and ability to follow directions
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license preferred

$18–$20/hour
